Bicyclist Fatality, Sentencing Soon To Follow

A 27 year old man has entered a guilty plea, following the death of a bicyclist in Detroit. According to the Muskegon Chronicle, 26 year old Ronnie Jo Claflin has entered a guilty plea. Claflin allegedly struck and killed 50 year old Susan Cummins of Lake Orion, with a truck, on August 8^th, last year. Claflin admits that he knew he struck Cummins, and that he failed to stop. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
