Are you finding yourself crashing out and giving up on companies and businesses that use AI slop for logos?

I don’t know about you, but I am absolutely sick and tired of event organizers and companies that use AI slop to promote their business or event. The most recent example is the Great Raven Renaissance Festival in Galesburg, which recently took place, where they expressed what they say is "taking great pride in featuring artists who make handmade art over artificial intelligence."

However, the Great Raven Renaissance Festival used generative AI for its original logo and has been banning and blocking people who call out its use of generative AI, as one person pointed out in their Facebook post, with one person even removing themselves from the event for calling out their use of generative AI:

They’ve been called out repeatedly. I was originally part of their cast as the Raven Queen, and when I brought the AI complaints to their attention, I was completely brushed off: “If they don’t like it, they can kick rocks,” basically. That’s just the tip of the iceberg with the issues there and I am no longer affiliated with them.

What was actually said, according to public screenshots, by the organizer was:

Yes, the AI police are strong with it. They can s-ck it cause I'm happy with it.

I’ve said it before, and I will say it again: I would sooner visit an event whose logo was made on Microsoft Paint than I would generative AI.

The strange part is that when WWMT interviewed the woman portraying Queen Magdalena of the House of Scudamore, who they alluded to being an organizer, she claimed each artisan handmade all of their work, and that no AI was used.

Reportedly, most of the vendors were using generative AI for their logos, which is a complete contradiction. One attendee claimed some of the artists, and ALL of the food vendors, used it. Even asking why they used generative AI on a separate post got me banned from their page.
