Kalamazoo Man Shot Sunday

A Kalamazoo man was shot early Sunday morning and police are looking for suspects.

The shooting happened at around 3:30 a.m. on Woodbury Avenue, near Ada Street.

The victim was sitting in a car and was shot in the back of the head.

Two of the victim’s friends took the 19-year-old to the hospital and then ran out before they could be questioned.

The victim is expected to recover and is refusing to cooperate with investigators.
