Semi Driver Going Too Fast Before Crash

Authorities are blaming a semi driver going too fast for conditions for causing a major tie-up on the highway yesterday.  The semi carrying a load of pipes overturned on the southbound I69 ramp to westbound I-94 at about 11:15 in the morning and caused the westbound lanes of I-94 to be closed for four hours.  The driver of the truck only had minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
