Suspect Arrested in Break-In Attempt

Police say a Battle Creek man caught someone breaking into his house this morning and chased him until police got to the scene.  It happened shortly after 3 when the homeowner on Richards Place found a man climbing in through a ground floor window.  Police caught the suspect near Territorial and Grand within five minutes.  The man was taken to the County Jail pending Home Invasion charges.
